1. Introduction
Welcome to Canvasly ("Canvasly", "the App", "we", "our") — a pocket drafting table for quick diagrams and sketches. This Privacy Policy explains how Canvasly handles information when you use our application on Android devices.
The short version: Canvasly does not collect, transmit, store on any server, or share any personal data. There is no account or sign-up, and every sketch you draw stays on your device.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
Canvasly does not collect, process, transmit, or store any of the following:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, etc.)
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Your sketches, drawings, imported images, or exported files
- Browsing history or behavioural data
- Contacts or calendar data
- Financial or payment information
Canvasly has no user registration or account of any kind — you can start drawing immediately.
3. How the App Works — On-Device Processing
Every feature in Canvasly operates entirely on your device:

Your sketches never leave your device unless you explicitly use the system share sheet to send an exported file somewhere yourself. No files are uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third party at any time.
4. Permissions Used
Canvasly requests no special runtime permissions. Importing a photo onto the canvas uses Android's system photo picker, which lets you choose a single image without granting the app broader access to your media library. Canvasly does not use the camera and does not require internet access for any core feature.
5. Third-Party Libraries and SDKs
Canvasly uses the following third-party libraries. None of these libraries collect user data or transmit information to external servers in the context of Canvasly's use:

Canvasly does not include any advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or crash-reporting service.
6. File Storage
Sketches you create in Canvasly are saved as local files in the app's private Documents directory on your device. Exported PDFs or images are only written to shared storage when you choose to export or share them, and belong entirely to you from that point on.
Canvasly does not retain copies of your sketches anywhere else, does not access these files for any purpose other than displaying and editing them within the app, and does not transmit them anywhere. Deleting a project or sketch from within the app removes its local file. Uninstalling the app removes all of its private data from your device.
7. Children's Privacy
Canvasly is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any information from children. As Canvasly does not collect any personal data from any user, there are no specific risks to children's privacy from the use of this app.
8. Data Security
Because Canvasly does not collect or transmit any personal data or file contents, there is no risk of your data being intercepted, breached, or misused through our systems. All data remains on your device, subject to your device's own security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.).
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will endeavour to provide notice through an app update.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding personal data. Since Canvasly collects no personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, delete, or transfer on our end. All data generated by your use of the app resides on your device and is entirely under your control.
